Stessa allows me to split my loan payment into principle and interest. I’d like to be able to check a box and look at my graphs and overview as if my principle payments were excluded from expenses.
This is important, because an investment can look qualitatively different with the inclusion of equity, and it is an important factor in assessing the real rate of return.
I would also like to be able to view cash on cash, but “real rate of return” or “monthly profit” would be important to me and I’m sure many others too, and this feels like it would be fairly straightforward to implement.
