Would be useful if there was an availability to be able to add and another type of auto payment amount to a tenant that is not rent. Example I charge a fee monthly for water it’s on a different day then rent. I want to be able to separate the rent vs water on the ledger.

Yes. I do the same. I charge a flat monthly fee for water but it needs to be a separate transaction from rent. I collect a flat amount for water and sewer each month and then I refund any overage after I pay the quarterly water bill.
