The the best of my knowledge, yes. Although, mine are scheduled recurring payments so I wouldn’t know until I get an error or something.

Melio works great for me. Maybe you need a business account in Stessa for it to work. That’s what I also use to schedule transfers out of Stessa.

I thought bill pay was going to be part of the pro level account. I’d really like to see bill pay added. Can’t embrace the cash mgmt account without it.

I’m using Online Check Writer for paper checks set to automatically mail monthly to my gardener. $1.25 fee per check sent is inexpensive to me. The OCW interface is a little difficult yet once you get it set up, you can forget about it until you need to change the payment.

I’ve pretty much given up on the Stessa promise to have some sort of billpay on their platform. I’ve used Stessa for many years and sadly, the customer service has dropped dramatically in the past year, despite upgrading to their higher plan. I am currently looking for another provider managing out rental property bookkeeping, banking, etc.

However, in the meantime, I have utilized Melio for bill pay to vendors and it has been excellent! It’s free and I can use multiple bank accounts for paying vendors (for different properties, etc) and the vendors can choose which form they’d like to receive payment in (check, ACH). The best part is it is banking institution agnostic, meaning that I can use account from different banks for payments, which will make things much simpler if I switch away from Stessa. Sad to see the service of Stessa decline as I have been a very loyal user over the years and have always been impressed until recently. Maybe they’ll turn it around.

I’ve been able to get checks printed from Vistaprint and have used them in the Cash Management accounts. I’ve successfully returned security deposits with them and I would assume paying contractors would work too

Lack of bill pay, Lack of electronic deposits for physical check, and lack of Zelle specifically are a HUGE bummer. I was really looking forward to a playform that could do it all for 2025.

Im a pro subscriber, and if those feautures arent added in the next few months, ill be switching to BIULDIUM. they are really comparable in price, and seem to have Way more polished interface and FULL FEATURES for running a business in 2025.

Please STESSA. get your act together on the cash management side. Features are FAR too limited for a business banking account…

Pleae evereone else take a minute to chime in too. I dont want to switch, but unfortunately the banking capabilities are far too lacking. ill be switching soon without a definitive answer from stessa support as to when these features will be added.
