I have a tenant who pays rent in cash. To handle this in Quickbooks I had a virtual account called Undeposited Funds, but I see from another post that Stessa doesn’t currently support such virtual accounts. How can I record incoming cash payments that don’t go through a bank?
@managers Sure. You’ll just need to create a manual transaction whenever a cash payment is received. Just visit your Transactions page and use the “+ Add” button in the upper right corner to record the payment.
I have tenants who currently pay in cash however my Bank is too far away for a daily deposit. Does Stessa have a way that I can email the tenants a document with a QR code that will allow them to take that document to a money order store and have the cash electronically sent into my account?
