Over the past month I’ve noticed that the help chat box not only sticks (it doesn’t minimize) but it also creates duplicate boxes on top of one another.
The only way to fix it is to close the tab. Logging out and logging back in while using the same tab doesn’t fix the problem.
Sometimes the duplicate boxes can be closed out, sometimes they can’t.
