Is it possible to get personal support from a person at Stessa?
The chat feature works well for me. They respond fairly quickly.
I have been trying for days and no answer. I wish they had phone support.
Unfortunately Stessa support is non-existent. I have been dealing with an issue with one of my External Account no longer synching with Stessa well over a month now & the person I have been in chat communications with has stopped responding to my chats. I guess you get what you pay for…. Disappointing & Frustrating.
Where is the chat function? I cannot find it… I have been waiting for weeks to have my cash management account approved; they had no problem, taking my money for Pro, but taking their sweet ass time to get me those features.
