Is it possible to get personal support from a person at Stessa?

The chat feature works well for me. They respond fairly quickly.

I have been trying for days and no answer. I wish they had phone support.

Unfortunately Stessa support is non-existent. I have been dealing with an issue with one of my External Account no longer synching with Stessa well over a month now & the person I have been in chat communications with has stopped responding to my chats. I guess you get what you pay for…. Disappointing & Frustrating.

Where is the chat function? I cannot find it… I have been waiting for weeks to have my cash management account approved; they had no problem, taking my money for Pro, but taking their sweet ass time to get me those features.

it is posts like these that are preventing me from upgrading my account - i really need a software like this but i’m afraid this is not the one! is there another solution that has better support? i am not an accounting pro and need help some times getting setup and really need support from a human.

not to mention they’re are so many needed fixes and they’ll never know if they don’t check here or respond to our inquiries. it’s one thing to have no human support, but another to say you do and fail…

Probably not. Keep an eye on the so called features and the accounting. Nothing remains accurate Also, the county’s do not populate correctly even though at some point I spoke to a human. I am really frustrated with this tonight.

I’ve been waiting for over a week for a response to my chat with nothing. The platform looks great, but if there is no support when things don’t work, it’s not a long term solution.

They do respond to chats and emails. They do give support. There have been many new features added in the last year or so, wish list items have been added. Sometimes there is an error but they do work on it.
