Unable to get money out of Stessa cash management

I’m trying to resolve this issue and getting no response from Stessa. My rent has been deposited but I can’t transfer to another account without contacting support. Turns out there is no way to contact support. Multiple emails and phone call and NO RESPONSE. what gives. I’m thinking about moving to another platform. It was really easy to start depositing money. Now getting it out has been a nightmare.

Same issue here. Just signed up for CM, now the outbound security features don’t work.

2 hour wait for “support”, not a good sign. I work in IT, so this looks like a large scale problem and wild that they’re not rushing to fix it + communicating.
