Connected Account Disconnecting Every Month

My American Express Credit Card, Riverbank bank account and Chase bank accounts disconnect every month. Stessa takes weeks to fix the issue. I"m going on week three for the second month in a row. Anyone else have the same issue? Is this a monthly recurring issue to where I need to use a different platform? Feeling very frustrated. I’ve “refreshed” and “edit login” but nothing re-connects it. They fixed it once but I’m waiting over a week again for them to help.
