We have imported the a credit card account used for the property expenses. Whys does it not show a Credit Card Payable to offset the expenses? Please create a Credit Card Payable category. Thanks!
@pinnellrealestate Just to be clear, you’re expecting to see outstanding credit card balances on the Balance Sheet report, even before your regular monthly cycle has closed? Or are you referring to credit card balances that you carry over from month-to-month?
Also, it appears the only credit card account you have linked to Stessa is set to “Stop Importing,” which is equivalent to telling us to preserve all existing data but ignore the account going forward. In that scenario, current balances for accounts set to Stop Importing will not show on reports.
