How about including on the dashboard a monthly/annual expenses box like the monthly/annual income box.
@solomoninterests Thanks for suggesting this. Just to confirm, you are interested in seeing a separate metric box showing the difference between the existing “Income” and “NOI” metrics, correct?

Add this metric box to each property dashboard and the “All Properties” dashboard.
