HOA dues/assessments do not seem to be included on the dashboard under Expenses, which helps to calculate the Net Operating Income amount on dashboard. This can affect financial data on dashboard drastically.

It is possible to adjust the expenses on the dashboard, by manually editing the Monthly Expenses > Pro Forma line item to include HOA dues under Admin & Other row under the specific property.
