Does Stessa ever respond to requests?

I see many going back years, for example a category for business vehicle expenses, that just seem to be ignored!

@sharples8898 Simple answer is “no”. Stessa support is essentially a graveyard. Roofstock, the current owner of Stessa does not appear to be actively pouring money and improvements into the Stessa platform based upon user feedback and desires, not even to copy their competitors in a timely fashion.

The writing on the wall says that this big, for-profit corporation is building an all-in-one platform (Original Roofstock was to buy and sell property, Stessa to do bookkeeping and they added rent collection and maintenance which both are terrible, and bought Rent Prep for screening). But it is more like Frankenstein’s monster just poorly pieced together.

And this is coming from someone that has poured a lot of time and energy into the forums, uses Stessa as an investor, and does bookkeeping for others that use Stessa.

Hope that brings clarity and an objective view. I know it doesn’t help.
