I put in receipts for tracking purposes but my bank also imports my credit card statement so those receipts are often already in stessa as they are charges. Is there a way to make it so it doesn’t double count those transactions?

I have the same issue. The work around is to not categorize the first transaction and then wait until your check is cashed or your transaction on your credit card clears. Once that happens you can delete the duplicate transaction
