I entered all information needed to open an account as “Sole Proprietorship” including uploading driver license. Then I started to create a checking account for my LLC under “LLC” but was denied right away. I guess it could be that I have the application under the “Sole Proprietorship” ongoing.
The issue now is that I could not check the application status for my “Sole Proprietorship” application. Whenever I click on the “Resume Application …” it takes me to the application for the denied “LLC” application.
How do I get back to my “Sole Proprietorship” application? I have been struggling for a week now.
Just for what I learned, do not start a new checking account application when an application is ongoing,
