I know you can edit by entering in the ProForma column but how do we add in vacancy into the ProForma or capital expenditures? It would be nice if we can have a default percent of rent for the portfolio and override it per property as needed.

@dm16properties Good question. Vacancy and capex reserves are not currently supported in the pro forma modeling features. Other investors have also requested these, and it’s now being tracked via the Wishlist: Reserve / escrow account tracking for capex, opex, vacancy, etc
@devin The wish list is to track it as part of transactions, correct? It doesn’t help with Pro Forma modeling, isn’t it?
