How does one get tech support for this program?

I’d like to know how one gets support for Stessa. I have been asking a couple of support questions here in the forums for weeks and not once has there been a reply of any kind. Obviously, the forums are not the correct place for support.

@eric1 Personalized tech support is available via 1:1 support conversations, which can be opened via the blue circle at lower right on the web platform, or via the “Support & Help” menu option in the mobile apps.

The forums are indeed the correct place to post other questions and issues that you suspect may impact a broader audience of investors using Stessa.
