William, I recommend using the filters in the transactions view to narrow the transactions list to look for consistent transactions across the filter selections.
Add missing transactions using the “+ Add” button
Merge duplicate transactions by clicking the checkbox to the left or the duplicate pair transactions and clicking the merge icon that appears in the top right of the transactions list. When merging you will have the option to pick which transaction the duplicate should be merged to (How to Split, Duplicate, and Merge Transactions | Stessa Help Center).
William, another tip in reconciling the transactions for your Stessa properties is to click into each tenant and look at the tenant ledger. The current balance for each ledger should be 0 or the expected amount the tenant owes you (Charges) or negative number (Payments) overage due back to the tenant. If the balance doesn’t look right then look at the running totals from the bottom up for discrepancies and add or remove charges to reconcile with payments. As with any of these ledge items, you can adjust the date of the line item to be where it should be in the order of the ledger.
