How to add a bank that's not available in stessa

I can’t find my bank from your list of drop down banks.

I also can’t find how to add it.

I also can’t use the messenger to ask for help.

I wonder if they’ll return my voicemail?

@northcoastrentalsup The chat/messenger box is definitely the best way to request that we add a new financial institution. You can open a new conversation by clicking on the blue circle at lower right once logged into Stessa.

Note that not all banks and lenders can be added and it typically takes weeks or longer. Either way, we’re happy to make the request for you.
