I am hoping to find out how to filter the list of properties to just the vacant ones. And where do I add what the asking rent amount is?
@gdcrentals.inbox There’s currently no field in Stessa for asking or advertised rents. Contract rents and market rents can both be tracked via the Leases & Tenants page. Just click on any unit to edit details.
Filtering properties or units by occupancy status is not supported.
