I own houses in a different state and cannot manage them myself. I receive owner statements the third party property manager. If “owner draw” is listed, it shows as a negative, but that is cash that goes to me. So is it shown in my cash flow correctly?
@carly.b.porter Different PMs report draws and contributions differently. It’s really up to you to decide how you want to track these in Stessa. Owner draws should obviously be positive in Stessa since it’s income to you, but you may want to categorize these as “Transfers” if you’re already capturing the actual rental income reported by your PM.
