Incorrect address match for new property

I have encountered a bug. When I try to add a new property, your website is selecting the wrong address. I am typing “20 Hickory Ridge Ln, Mineral Bluff” and then I am selecting the correct address from the Google Maps prompt (there is only one), but for some reason when I advance screens the address is wrong.

@thomas Thanks for reporting this and sorry you’re having trouble finding a match for this address. This does indeed happen with some addresses, including new construction, raw land, some condo buildings, address in US territories, etc.

Whatever the reason, if you have a valid address but aren’t finding a solid match in our database, please open a 1:1 support conversation via the blue circle (on desktop) or via the Support option on mobile.
