Would be really great to have an automatic integration for mortgage status and transactions. For instance, automatic updating of outstanding principal for the property dashboard screen. Then for the transactions, it would be cool to have an integration that automatically splits the mortgage payment between its constituent parts such as principal, interest, escrow, etc.
