I accidentally charged a tenant 200 late fee on the lease section in stessa and when i go to delete it from there and refresh it still shows up in the bottom debit credits and charges as a charge still. Is there a way to fix this so it doesn’t still show that she owes 200

I was told to do a credit and if I did the Tenant Ledger, I could download as Excel, manipulate those lines, and then save as a PDF. It would be nice if this was fixed though. Seems it only happens to the first late fee. Subsequent late fees are deletable.
Having the same problem.
Feels very much like this whole app is an alpha release and we’re testing it live. Would hate to be paying for something like this…
