Link Capital One Spark Account - Error

I’m trying to link my Capital One Spark account. I follow the prompts and the process looks like this:

  1. Follow the prompts
  2. Receive an email from Capital One saying Stessa is linked.
  3. Confirm on Capital One - Security page that Stessa is linked.
  4. Stessa reports - “Access Blocked - Your bank or lender requires you to take action on their site directly.”
  5. Confirm with Captial One there is nothing wrong with their side.

I unlinked the account and redid all the steps and have the same problem.

Anything I’m missing?
