Capital One External Account Integration

My account with Capital One has been working fine for months if not years, but suddenly the connection isn’t working. I have tried reconnecting a handful of times for the past couple weeks but it doesn’t show any updates. The error displayed on Stessa is:

Unexpected Error - Your bank or lender returned an unknown error. Please try again in 24 hours.

I have tried that numerous times and after doing a successful login and authorization in Capital One once it returns to Stessa it snaps to the External Accounts page with that error. I also checked on the Capital One side and it does display Stessa as a “Linked App”. I tried un-linking and re-linking but experienced the same issue. Is there anything else I can do to restore transaction tracking functionality?

Any update on this? Going on 3 weeks with the connection not working. I know for a fact there is another stessa account that my partner uses hooked up to his Capital One and his connection is working fine.
