Anyone else having issues with connecting their Loan Care account? My loan was recently transferred from Rocket Mortgage to Loan Care but whenever I get to the security number question it states that it is wrong and does not go through. I have done it multiple times and pretty sure I did not enter the security number in wrong each time.
