Hello!
I have 6 properties, 3 that showed positive net cash flow and 3 that showed negative. When I add all of these net cash flow line items up from the individual reports, it doesn’t add up to the “all properties” report. Having a tough time figuring out why the reports don’t match since it’s all from the same set of data. I did buy and sell some and had a down payment in there, but all of that should be captured and reflected accordingly.
