I just added a new property and it shows the Net Cash Flow (Pro Forma) across the entire year, as if I could have earned that extra money before I even purchased the property. How do I fix it so that the Net Cash Flow (Pro Forma) only includes the new property after I purchased it?

@joelaggie The pro forma / budget line on the Net Cash Flow dashboard chart is always shown as a flat line. Stessa does not track changes in pro forma over time, so the line always reflects current inputs. We do of course plot changes in actual performance over time, and that’s what you see in the bar chart overlay. Hope that helps!
