As a small real estate investor/owner/operator I obtain my lease forms from two different services (one for our California properties and one for Oregon). I am not particular in my lease form language and would love to standardize this and pay for this as a service from Stessa.
I love the document management feature and love that it’s “bring your own”, but to really help me simplify I’d be able to create the lease forms, pet forms, etc directly in Stessa and send/share with tenants for e-signatures.
This would clearly be a great offering for PRO as a paid feature
