Monthly rent is $1800 and the first month, they moved in the middle of the month and I just charged them $900. I’m not able to balance this since the per day is 58.06 for that month. How to I get this balanced out?

@broscher Depending how you set your first day of lease, you’ll want to play around in the tenant page and scroll down to their ledger.
