Balance for tenant doesn't match payment due

I don’t understand why the current balance for my tenant is $65. However if I look at what is due, it says $1950. See attached screen shots.

Please help. I want to track payments coming in and be able to know what my tenants owe me!

@kramer.jude It looks like you have this unit set up as a short-term rental, in which case you don’t really have a contract rent. The tenant ledger is designed to track recurring monthly charges for long-term tenants only. Hope that helps!

You say with a few custom tweaks, how would I get those done?

I have the same situation and my tenant is set to long term. Also, is there a setting I can change to see the actual balance at a glance and NOT have to click on the tenant to see what they actually owe? The balance shows the rent total not the balance owed.
