When entering manual transactions highly recommend a check box with option to make the transaction recurring on a specific date of the monthly indefinitely or with a specified end date so one does not have to manually enter rent paid on the 1st of each month for cash flow to update accurately.
Could also be used for expenses such as grass cutting that occurs on the same week or day every month.
Seems like this would be relatively simple feature to add while improving the usefulness of the app drastically. At this time, I do not need or want to add my bank account that has many other transactions not pertaining to my rentals.
