Many landlords charge and collect monthly pet rent. It would be nice to set a reoccurring pet rent (or any other reoccurring fee) for a tenancy without having to manually enter a charge each month. This topic has already been brought up and the support article suggests…
…to just include the pet fee in the contract rent on your Leases & Tenants page, so that the incoming payments on your Transactions page match up.
This unfortunately wraps up your pet rent into your total rent amount and is therefore not a broken out line in the reports (ex. Net Cash Flow report).
