Does Stessa have the capability to send reminder email alerts to tenants?
Example: I would like to send quarterly reminders to change the HVAC air filter.

This would be very useful, along with automated rent reminders (based on due rent due date) and past due/overdue balance notices. This was requested by other users on the post below as well:
