1. Restore documents inside tenant/property profiles
There used to be tenant-level document access. It was way more efficient than the current setup.
Being able to open a tenant and immediately see leases, notices, addendums, etc. in context mattered. Now it’s an extra step and slows down basic workflows. This needs to come back.
2. Add utility tracking per unit/tenant
A way to track utilities would be great. Tabs with Tenant vs owner responsibility, utility transfer status (pending / complete), Provider and account holder.
Even a basic checklist tied to move-in would prevent missed transfers and surprise bills.
