Segregate LLCs appropriately, including on the “Invite to Pay” e-mail & Webpage
I feel confident LLC/Property segregation overall is universally desired among Rental property customers. Typically this is 1:1 property to LLC.
I’ve heard some mention some segregation by setting-up separate Portfolios for each LLCs, but for a starter with only a few properties, Doubling the price from the “Manage” tier to do something right, that is universally expected to be standard logic in the Rental industry, is a bait-and-switch mentality, bait you onto platform based on pricing & comparison page, then getting you to go from “Manage” to “Pro”.
