Is anyone here keeping their properties in a series LLC and if so is there a way to have 100% seperate “accounts/llc’s” under one stessa account? like subsidiaries or something of that nature? Or do you have to set up a different stessa account for each child llc in the series? That would be a lot of work.
@youngcapitalventures We’re not aware of any situations for which a single investor should have multiple Stessa accounts. The platform provides for both Properties and Portfolios, for precisely this reason. Most investors simply add additional Portfolios in order to align their Stessa account with various legal or geographic aspects of their portfolios.
