Grouping properties in different states into their own portfolio

We are new to Stessa and I am setting everything up now and have a question.

Does anyone see a benefit in having 2 different portfolios? We have 13 properties in one state and 10 in another. Didn’t know if there would be a benefit in setting them up separately as we have 2 different property management companies.

We likely wont be setting up our bank accounts to Stessa as we already have that in Quickbooks Online for our accountant.
