Hello, I used to use innago and still have a few tenants paying there because I had issues setting them up here. I always seem to have issues with a new tenant.
Today I went to set up rent collection on a property that is vacant .when I add all the info and submit I get a red error that states :Lease overlaps other lease within this tenancy.
Something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support. any ideas before I set them up on innago ? Thanks
@ih-1 Assuming no bugs, can you share a screenshot of the Leases & Tenant screen? Need to confirm that the lease dates are set to match what you’re requesting.
