Short term Furnished rental

I just started tracking my expenses for my short term rental. While I do have big items like furnishings for capital expenditures, there are many small items like decor and pots and pans that need to flow into expenses. Where do I categorize these items?

Can’t give tax advice. If you’re confident and you would like to categorize those items as expenses, I’d recommend an STR category such as 'Linens, Soaps, & Other Consumables"
