Short Term Rental - Invoicing / STR Ledger

Given our bookings with short term rentals may happen 2-4 months in advance (sometimes more), it would be great to have some sort of way to track that, similar to the new rental ledger. I would love to be able to add in a booking that may happen 2 months from now so we can both see our future projections and trends, but also to ensure we’re getting paid from VRBO, Airbnb, etc.

I agree completely. I am just trying out stessa for my airbnb and I really don’t see how this can be useful at all if we cant set up information about our nightly rentals: i.e

  • Contact Info
  • Check-in date
  • checkout date
  • number of guests
  • amount collected for housekeeping
  • amount i was billed for housekeeping
  • booking fees charged by airbnb
  • commissions charged by property managers
  • Unique door code for guest
  • other deposits and/or guest charges
  • Down payments and balance due
  • Discounts applied

etc.

@owners I’m using it for a STR, but I’ve just started. These things would be so helpful!!
