I would like a quick way to see my upcoming lease expirations.
Maybe a minor improvement to your pretty well working system under the leases and tenant section. Currently each property shows occupied or vacant.
Currently the “occupied” does update to the lease expiration date 60? of days before expiration.
This is pretty good already but I would like to look forward the next several months to see when I’ll be free for travel and when I should be home to fill vacancies.
Maybe show all expiration dates instead of “Occupied”.
Soon to expire lease dates could be highlighed and Ideally shown on the dashboard for attention.
Maybe the ability to sort by lease expiration dates as well?
