Hi, Can you guys add tools as an expense? Its different than a strict “R&M” especially when its not tied to a particular property, but is a tool (e.g. $50 saw) that will be used for all properties. You have office expenses which is the closest thing I’ve found, but it is different than office supplies. Thanks

Yes! “Tools and Equipment” is a standard GL account that needs to be added the expense categories asap!
