I manage 5 companies. Each company has an RBC Royal Bank account. I’ve linked 3 companies with their corresponding RBC accounts, but 2 companies aren’t working. Whenever I selected the option for RBC Royal Bank in the Link Financial Accounts page I am brought back to the External Accounts page, with the 3 set-up companies. Please let me know if there is a way to work around this error. Thanks.
Jack, I was able to get round this by adding each of these entity accounts to one of these accounts in the bank making them visible from one login. Link this account to Stessa. When Stessa sync’s then each of the associated accounts will also update in Stessa with their distinct account names. Cheers, Dave
