Added the Unit , set tenants with rent. Inserted transactions as Income / Rents.
For some reason it still shows as vacant. What am I missing ?.

I have the same problem. Been collecting rent for months with rent transactions recorded. When I click on the “vacant” unit it shows the tenant, current lease dates and rent transactions. What’s going on?
Actually, I just found that I had a move out date set which is what made it show as vacant, event though the rent history dates show the proper lease dates. I deleted the move out date and issue resolved.
