As part of our new feature set around secure document storage, you can now email leases, settlement statements, vendor contracts, and any other documents related to your real estate portfolio directly to your Stessa account. Just forward the relevant attachments via email to: documents@stessa.com.
Another option is to simply get in the habit of including “documents@stessa.com” on the bcc line when replying to someone. Stessa will automatically match your email address to your Stessa account and drop the file(s) into your Documents tab.
Also note that receipts can be forwarded to receipts@stessa.com for automatic processing and inclusion on your Transactions page.
