What is causing 1 transaction not to import?

What could possibly be blocking this single transaction when all the other transactions for the month in the same account are importing just fine?

I tried to both manually import via CRV directly from my bank as well as let Stessa sync with my bank. Both ways refuse to bring over the same single transaction.

I also have a test Stessa account and that transaction carries over with no issues.

I’m so confused…

@weomhomes can you provide screenshots or context? We cannot see what you’re referring to. Just that you’re struggling.
