@jennyguoguo I don’t want there to be confusion as to my role. I am an investor and bookkeeper that uses the Stessa platform. I do not represent nor work for Stessa/Roofstock. I recommend you explore the Stessa website for these types of questions. The Stessa website does explain their features and capabilities:

Stessa does not generate K-1s. A tax professional requires a lot of detailed information to create such a document.

The Stessa tax package performs the following:
”Generate a single email with secure links to your Income Statement, Net Cash Flow report, Balance Sheet, a CSV file with all transaction details, and a ZIP file containing all receipts and attachments.”

Honestly, it only saves a few clicks unless you’re being audited.
