Adjusting Prorated Rent or Rent Charges?

Any updates/comments on this? I noticed that the tenant is unable to pay more than the balance, so they are unable to pay the full 1-month rent since the proration cannot be edited by the landlord.

It seems like the payer is also unable to pay more than the balance. In my case, the payer needs to send in 1 full month, plus the security deposit, before move-in. But Stessa Rent Pay does not SEEM to allow the payer to pay more than what it is set to (It is asking for the prorated amount for the 1st month, plus the security deposit - instead of a full month’s rent). It looks like there is no way to make this work in Stessa? I’m having to have them find a different way to pay.
