Bank Connection Issues


I continue to have connection issues with my bank. There clearly is an issue with the 2 factor authentication process within Stessa. Even after I manually type in my username and password for each account, there are still errors with data syncing and duplicate transactions. Is this process being worked on?


One of my banks connections has been broken for nearly 6 months now, where it was working just fine for over a year. Many support tickets have been placed. It is an issue with the third party system they use, Yodlee. Nothing Stessa can do. It is very very very annoying.

I am in Canada and I am unable to connect banks with my Stessa account. Any recommendations?

I have the same problem with Chase account, not being authenticated properly
